Ingredients


Boiled Rice with Green Peas 100 gm.
Oil 3 tab. spoon
Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
Cinnamon stick – 2 pieces
Cloves – 4-5
Asafoetida – 1/4 tea spoon
Chopped Onion – 1
Salt to taste
Boiled and Chopped Potatoes – 2
Finely Chopped Green Chiliies – 2 Table spoon
Crushed Ginger – 1/2 tea spoon

Method - Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin seeds. Saute till fragrant. Add Asafoetida and onions. Saute till onions get golden brown. Add boiled Potatoes, Finely chopped Green Chillies and Crushed Ginger. Mix it well. Add salt and boiled Rice mix well. After it gets done Serve it in a plate, garnished with Cashews, Raisins, Cheese and Coriander. Serve hot with curd.
